Hostess
Requirements:
• Form 5 or above.
• At least 2 years relevant experienced in Hotel or fine dining restaurants.
• Good command of both spoken English & Cantonese.
• Good PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Outgoing and energetic personality, self-initiative, hard-working, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Immediate available is preferable.

Head Waiter
Requirements:
• Form 5 or above.
• At least 3-4 years relevant experienced in Hotel or fine dining restaurants.
• Good command of both spoken English & Cantonese.
• Possess strong customer service skills.
• Strong ability to present pleasant appearance; good manners and to display professional behaviors.
• Immediate available is preferable.

Food Server
Requirements:
• Form 5 or above.
• At least 2-3 years relevant experienced in Hotel or fine dining restaurants.

Stock Keeper
Requirements:
• Form 5 or above.
• At least 1-2 years experienced in stock taking or knowledge in food & beverage.
• Should have very good organizational skills
• Should have a good knowledge of spoken and written English besides
• Must be a computer literate
• Immediate available is preferable.

Part-Time
Food Server ($50-60 per hour, at least 1 years relevant experienced in Hotel or fine dining restaurants)
25 hours or 4 days work per week ; shift can be chosen below:
• Mon to Fri: 11am - 3pm or 5pm - 11pm
• Sat & Sun: 12pm – 11pm
